We offer free international shipping by default to over 180 countries world wide. Express shipping is also possible at an extra fee.
How do you ship packages?
Packages from our suppliers warehouses (from Belgium or from Asia depending on product) will be shipped using the best company at the time of the order processing depending on the weight and size of the product.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 180 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you by email to inform you and return/refund your payment.
How long does shipping take?
Products From Belgium
These are all products shipped from Belgium. This is indicated as “from Belgium” on the product page and/or in the product description.
Free shipping time varies by location. In general it is about 2-10 days. The shipping service is usually done by BPOST.
While the free shipping works perfectly fine in the vast majority of cases, for these products, in order to have guaranteed delivery with tracking and signature during receiving, customer must purchase PLUS shipping during checkout (Cart / Checkout). Our Full Refund buyer protection for products from Belgium is only applicable with PLUS shipping.
All Other Products
Free shipping time varies by location. In general it is about 2-3 weeks. These are our estimate ranges:
- United States: estimated shipping time = 10-30 Business days
- Canada, Europe: estimated shipping time = 10-30 Business days
- Australia, New Zealand: estimated shipping time = 10-30 Business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America: estimated shipping time = 15-30 Business days

Do you provide tracking information?
Most of the time yes, you will receive an email after your order ships that contains your tracking information, but in some cases, due to free shipping, tracking is not available. We do however often pay extra ourselves to our various suppliers when they have this option to have tracking from the supplier so that we can monitor and make sure that our customers receive their orders.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees based on the laws of your country when they arrive to your country.
